Your event manager works with you to seamlessly assist with venue-related planning. 90 days prior to your event, they will be available for a welcome call, a walk through of the property, and will help create your final timeline and floor plan. On event day they will place linens and included decor on the tables.
You are welcome to use your wedding coordinator for additional services. For example, on event day they can assist with any personal items and additional decor.
A multitude of support staff are on hand the day of your event to greet guests, complete set up, open doors, transition spaces, and maintain cleanliness.

XF House clients must select their caterer from the Preferred Caterer list above. Pricing will vary depending on the vendor and packages selected.
For your convenience, we also have a list of Preferred Event Vendors who can help you create the perfect event. The vendors under the Preferred Vendor list above have worked many events at The Treasury Venue Collection and have received incredible feedback from our couples and staff! If a vendor has not worked at our venues before, we do ask that they provide proof of insurance.
Our Inclusive Welcome Party and Rehearsal Dinner Package already has your Key Vendors included. You are welcome to choose any other vendors to customize your day.
We have a full liquor license, so all beverage services will be provided by our team. Please see our Sample Bar Package, above. Our team will help you customize the perfect bar options for your event!
Our Inclusive Rehearsal Dinner and Welcome Party Package already includes a bar in the package price.
For all Special Event Packages, your venue access is 6 hours, which includes 2 hours of setup, 3 hours for your event, and 1 hour for clean-up time after the event. All venue spaces are accessible for the entirety of your event. We request that all guests exit the premises by no later than 10:00 pm.
Yes! 5 parking spots are included in the venue rental. Street parking is free in St. Augustine after 5 p.m. Monday-Saturday and all day on Sunday.
