A multitude of support staff are on hand the day of your event to greet guests, complete setup, open doors, transition spaces, and maintain cleanliness.

The Ximenez-Fatio House weddings and events team will assist you with customizing bar services for your St Augustine wedding package. Our finely curated selection of beer, wine, and liquor can be viewed by clicking on the link below.
As a special part of your event planning experience, we offer complimentary personalized bar tastings, which are typically scheduled 3 months in advance of your event. You’ll be able to sit back and relax as you meet with the incredible members of our bar team to sample and select the perfect beverage options.

Along with access to all of our event spaces, the Ximenez-Fatio House includes many of your necessary venue rental items for your event. Please see the “What’s Included” section (above) for a complete listing.
XF House couples must select their wedding coordinator and caterer from the list above. Pricing will vary depending on the vendor and packages selected.
For your convenience, we also have a list of Preferred Wedding Vendors who can help you create the perfect event. The vendors under the Preferred Vendor list above have worked many events at The Treasury Venue Collection and have received incredible feedback from our couples and staff! If a vendor has not worked at our venues before, we do ask that they provide proof of insurance.
Our Intimate Wedding Package already has your Key Vendors included. You are welcome to choose any other vendors to customize your day.
10 hours of venue access are included for all of our Wedding Packages. That includes vendor setup time and cleanup time. All venue spaces are accessible for the entirety of your event. We request that all guests exit the premises by no later than 10:00 pm.
Yes! 5 parking spots are included in the venue rental. Street parking is free in St. Augustine after 5 p.m. Monday-Saturday and all day on Sunday.
We recommend an appointment to ensure a private tour with a member of our team. We also want to ensure privacy for our clients during events.
