Event Coordinator

A certified event coordinator from the Ximenez-Fatio House Rehearsal Dinner Package will assist you with the event planning process and use their expertise to execute the perfect St. Augustine rehearsal dinner!

Dedicated Event Manager

Your event manager works with you and your event coordinator to seamlessly assist with venue-related planning. They are also your venue team leader on event day.

Support Staff

A multitude of support staff are on hand the day of your event to greet guests, complete set up, open doors, transition spaces, and maintain cleanliness.

Catering for the Inclusive Rehearsal Dinner Package is provided by the renowned St. Augustine culinary team at La Cocina International.

The package includes butler passed or stationary hors d’oeuvres, a dinner buffet, service staff, service charges, standard china, and flatware. Click below to see the menu options for the Inclusive Rehearsal Dinner Package.

Menu upgrades are available through La Cocina International for an additional fee.


The Ximenez-Fatio House Inclusive Rehearsal Dinner Package is offered Mondays-Thursdays through December 2022, based upon availability.

Put your skills as a detective to the test! Begin your event by inviting your guests to step back in time to 1868 and help Miss Fatio find her stolen cross pendant. This exciting adventure includes champagne upon arrival.

Extend your party in the garden

Extend your private party in the garden by adding on 2 additional hours to your special event. Host an intimate dinner for the first 3 hours of your celebration, then invite more guests to join in on the fun!

$1,500 + bar pricing per person

Pricing excludes sales tax. You can also add on food through your caterer for an additional fee!

Along with access to all of our event spaces, the Ximenez-Fatio House includes many of your necessary venue rental items for your event. Please see the “What’s Included” section (above) for a complete listing.

The Inclusive Rehearsal Dinner and Welcome Party package also includes a 3-hour beer and wine bar and catering from renowned St. Augustine restaurant La Cocina International.

Our Inclusive Welcome Party and Rehearsal Dinner Package already has your Key Vendors (catering and event coordination) included in the package.

You are welcome to choose any additional vendors to customize your event. For your convenience, we have a list of Preferred Event Vendors who can assist with entertainment, photography, additional desserts, and more! The vendors under the Preferred Vendor List have worked many events at The Treasury Venue Collection and have received incredible feedback from our couples and staff! You are not required to work with these vendors. However, if you choose to work with a vendor who has not worked at our venues before, we do ask that they provide proof of insurance.

We have a full liquor license, so all beverage services will be provided by our team. Our Inclusive Rehearsal Dinner and Welcome Party Package already includes a bar in the package price. Please see the Included Bar Package, above. Our team will help you customize the perfect bar options for your event!

For all Special Event Packages, your venue access is 6 hours, which includes 2 hours of setup, 3 hours for your event, and 1 hour for clean-up time after the event. All venue spaces are accessible for the entirety of your event. We request that all guests exit the premises by no later than 10:00 pm.

Yes! 5 parking spots are included in the venue rental. Street parking is free in St. Augustine after 5 p.m. Monday-Saturday and all day on Sunday.

We recommend an appointment to ensure a private tour with a member of our team. We also want to ensure privacy for our clients during events.
